Taiji in Spirituality

Spirituality:

To me the term ‘Spiritual’ represents the quest to perceive “The Divine, The Source, All That Is” or whatever else you want to call the all permeating creative intelligence that holds together whatever true reality actually is…… To me, Spirituality is a celebration of the great cosmic (Taiji) cycles of birth, death and renewal. It centers around a reverence for all life..and the innate balance found in nature and the cosmos.

Some Feminine Symbols:
The Phoenix.
The Great Mother -Gaia ( Mother Earth)
The Yoni
Yin Energy
Negative Polarity-
Darkness/The night
The Moon
Contraction
Water
In Matriarchal societies Women were revered for their innate Wisdom, roles as the Life Givers and tenders of the home fires. .

Some Masculine Symbols:
The Tiger
The Great Father (Sky)
The Lingam
Yang Energy
Positive Polarity +
Light/Daytime
The Sun
Expansion
Fire

An aggressive Yang oriented energy currently dominates the mind set on this planet. To restore a more sane way of being we need to cultivate counterbalances based on the receptive aspects of the Yin energy  before we completely implode ourselves.

In Chinese Medicine balancing the bodies Yin/Yang energies is essential to maintaining good health and resilience. Chronic imbalance results in disease, sickness and an untimely early death. As above so below.
